Store policies
Ours store policies are as follows for Boost mobile phones, payments, services and Accessories:
- We can exchange only for the same phone within 7 days ( however the phone must be in the exact same condition sold in with all the original accessories and box) after 7 days,. most phones usually comes with a manufacture defect warranty through the phone company (ex. Samsung, apple, Motorola etc.) for up to one year in which you will have to contact the company
- We can not refund on payments, cellphone accessories, or any type of service fee.
- in some cases we can Refund for the price paid on the phone with in 7 days, however the phone must be in the exact same condition sold in.
- Refurbished phones do have a manufacture defect warrenty for 30 days.
- If a phone is defected, we do need to be able to recreate the problem in the store. Furthermore, the problem will be fixed through a repaired within 7 days, or will be exchanged the device for another same or similar type of phone within 7 days as long as there was no damage (ex water damage or power surge damage)by the user .
